I was finally able to buy a Roomba after experiencing many of the problems described. Yay!
Just wanted to give a heads up, they still have some available for sale online (it's 6:37am PST).
I lost mine after adding my item at 9:45pm (PST) they changed it to a static cart, but I was just able to re-add the Roomba to the cart in the last few minutes. Still not letting me advance past the shopping cart though. It gives an error message...
Ugh.....so frustrated with this website! Have item in my cart, ready to pay and website is too slammed to advance to pay screen. Now says static cart...
Called customer service but waiting 23 minutes so far!
