Here is a deferred billing code with free shipping but you have to order $75.00 or over MJ1030177 enter this number in the key code box then check the deferred billing option. Your order will be deferred until December 30, 2009. I ordered on Sunday, October 25, 2009 and my order will be delivered on Thursday, October 29, 2009. The catalog states that they will place a hold on your card, so if you use a debit card please be aware. I used my paypal account and have yet to see a charge or hold placed on my account. hope this helps :)
