What app are you using?
It's called "Gift List" on Android. When I used an iPhone they had an app called "Santa's Little Helper". They are both great apps to use though.

I wrap everything immediately so I can just keep it under the tree. I have an app on my phone that tracks what presents I have bought, what store they came from, and how much they cost. It also keeps track of my total spending.

I actually *am* working on getting a part time job at Torrid (women's clothing, for those who may not be aware) so I can freshen up my now "much smaller-size required" (went from a 26 down to a 10/12) wardrobe. All my previous fall/winter clothing is too big!!! Employees get 30 or 40% off (can't recall which). Killer.
My interview is next Wednesday!

I have a general Christmas budget (like a certain amount of money per person I’m shopping for) that I try to stick to, Black Friday or otherwise. Of course some people end up over, and others end up under due to great BF deals, but it all tends to balance out. I find this easier than an overall budget because it helps me keep track of what I’m spending per person.
As for the items I buy for myself/household stuff, I don’t really have a budget for that. If I see something I want/need for way cheaper than normal, I just go for it. And for the stuff I buy on BF every year (cat litter!), I don’t spend money on it all year except for on BF so everything balances out.
Same. I have a price range for each person that I buy gifts for, but on BF I tend to buy a lot of household items. I don't stick to a budget specifically for BF.
