Hi Katies Mom - Actually the Target in Dover De went to 75% on all vday stuff yesterday. So I guess it isnt a statewide thing. But I know when I lived in New castle, I would often find more and better stuff in that (your) Target than the smaller one in Dover. So I guess that is the trade off.
