Hmm, I've always found women's to run 2 full sizes larger than kids. I bought my dsd's shoes like this always and I always buy kids size 4 for my sz 6 foot. (when I do that) Like right now she wears a 5 kids and 7 womens. That's been my experience anyway. :)
