I was in WalMart yesterday and the items were 50% off. A clerk told me that today would be the 75% day and she was right. I went back today and all items were 75% off indeed. Our store still has tons of stuff!

My Walmart had problems with the gift cards this morning too but I went back tonight and got them with no problems. I also got one of the laptops and it has a lot of features that are not listed on the item description. I'm happy with it as a back up.

Yes, I did get the lower price and the 30% -- right at midnight Eastern Time. I got an email confirmation, so I guess now I'll have to sit tight and make sure it ships. I could not get the free shipping code to go through though.

I'll throw in my FYI for anyone who cares. I bought the Belkin router at WalMart a few months ago and couldn't get it to do right, so after numerous attemps, I called their support number only to go through an automated roundabout forever! After I finally got a person, I was told that they no longer provided support for this model -- my brand new unit. So I returned it and got a basic Linksys. I had no problem connecting it but I did have trouble with a very old lap top I later tried to add to my network. I called their customer support and got someone right away (albeit in an overseas center.) This person spent over an hour with me, even though we were almost sure from the begining that the laptop was too old to be compatable. I always recommend Linksys now.

I think the one that WM has on BF for 10 is the little one - the one that usually sells for 15 -- not the bigger one.-- look at the picture, the way the dots are arranged...

The only thing I want from BB this year is the $15.00 bluetooth. Is this the kind of item I would have a little extra time to get there for, or do these items go just as quickly?

I just got back from our WalMart. They had everything that I wanted from the sale paper. I even picked up next weeks sale paper too while I was there, but i didn't see anything remarkable in it -- a lot of every day prices.

Wow - I spent Christmas 1990 alone in Germany too! We just got there in October and hubby left for Desert Storm in November. Luckily I did get a job on base so I had something to do to help pass the time.

I bought the Scamps at Wal Mart everday price for considerably less already.
