okay, why are both netbooks listed at the lower price? If I buy the one that is supposed to be more am I going to have my order cancelled due to a price error?
that's my fear! lol.
I believe they are still 'moving' around the prices.

The 160GB one has Win XP. The 250GB one has win 7 Starter.
It just confused me because the BB ad says the 160GB one has windows 7, not XP.

Me either lol, but I believe Windows 7 is an upgrade to Windows XP. I guess either one will be fine for the price, right?

Hey, I just noticed the item SKU: 1347086 for the Compaq netbook (that's on the ad) has Windows XP listed, not Windows 7! Is that the one you are after? I wonder why now is listed differently

Windows XP, Intel Atom Processor.
My question is, which brand is best? Acer or Gateway? It seems that both have the same specs, but I'm just not sure where to go! I would really appreciate your comments. Thank you!

Thank you, thank you!!! As soon as I read your post, I drove to my local RS and woah! Found the last one for $89.97! I guess each store has the colors priced different. I got the silver one. There was a red and black one left, but those were $97.47. They have other items for the DS Lite on clearance too. I grabed the last set of Gigaware pack, which includes a screen protector and 2 retractable stylus for $1.97. There was also cases at $4.xx.
On a side note, I want to thank you again for posting this. I am so thankful for this website, it's so awesome that we are able to shop and save this way. I was having a hard time thinking about what to do @ Walmart to be able to grab one, since I have other things on my list. I am extremely happy!!

AHA! That explains why a lady in another line had a cart full (really full) of clothes to buy. I made a quick stop to buy a gift card and saw her, but didn't even realize the clothes were on sale. Nice!

I had no problem GETTING the iTunes cards but after trying to check out at 8:12,they would not go through. It literally took an hour and seven minutes to check out of that stupid store!
I eventually got 4 $25 cards (which is better for me anyway) but I am writing an email to HQ. I was the first person to try to checkout for these things and I was the last person to leave who was waiting in CS. Only 3 activated at first then they lost one of my receipts and had to go in the back of the store to copy my receipt. It was an absolute disaster and I'm angry that WM didn't know how to handle this deal.
You know, same thing happened to me. The cashier told me "this is a $50 card, why is it $35?!?" I had to explain to her the sale, since she had no clue. After I tried to pay it with my CC, she told me the transaction had to be voided. I asked why, she didn't know!She calls the manager over, manager tells me to follow her to customer service. I asked what was wrong, she tells me I can't pay using a CC, only debit or cash. (That was new to me!) I go to CS and the lady rings it up again and they say "that" card can't be activated anymore. Urgh! 20 mins have gone by. She runs to get a new one to the electronics dept., so I had to wait like 10 more mins just for her to get a new card. I ended up paying cash for it.

From what I was told, the TVs and laptops would ring up sale price. Just not itunes cards. And (if I may inflate bigjimslade's ego a little bit) if he says he got one, you can take that as a fact!!

I apologize, it was the TRU book. I was reading the TRU thread and looking at the book, for some reason I thought it was Target's. You beat me to the thread, I was about to delete my response lol. Sorry again, that's what I get for only getting 3 hrs of sleep
