Hi, I didn't have time to read the whole thread but I will tell you I ordered from them last year. A custom Mike Bibby hoodie for my daughter. It did at that time clearly state that it would take X number of days longer due to the customizing. When I received the hoodie, there was a ink mark about 1 inch long on the back. I called them and they sent me another hoodie and let me keep the first one. They were very professional when I used them. I do know that if you order pretty much anything custom, it will take more time. Sorry.

After looking on some other sites this brand has really bad reviews. I really hate this, I don't want to spend $99.

Gosh, I have no idea but I would really like to know. My kids have been using the Xbox for a year now and we don't have the wireless adapter. I promised them one this year.

Does anyone know if this works? I just ordered because I was afraid it would sell out. I have been looking for the xbox one but I really can't afford the $99 but at the same time, I don't want to get a cheap one if it's not going to work right.

ok, so my remotes have been shipped. Has anyone successfully returned the remotes "just because", not because you didn't receive the game?

My Epic Mickey and Just Dance 2 were delivered today. Remotes still processing.

Are you sure you can return just the remotes? I thought since it was part of a "bundle" basically, that you couldn't do that. I was in line behind someone last year that tried to do something like that and they told them that since it was a special price for multiple items that you couldn't return just part of it.

I need one too!
