Otartel is a scam site. I sent in $473, the check cleared my Bank, and I have never received my gift cards. I have left many emails/voicemails. No one ever returns my calls. Don't send money into them, it's as good as giving it away. By the way, their phone number is "out of order". Many people are posting complaints about this scam artist company. I have complained to the authorities (FBI, Attorney General, USPS). I hope this person ends up behind bars.......
