  1. The only ones that I remember seeing are in august and september which is when I bought mine last year. But, the do have student/teacher discounts so if you have a student id you could get a good percentage off. The discount covers any apple products but not things like the cases or programs that aren't specifically made by apple. HTH
  2. I have a garmin. I do like it but it doesn't speak the street names which i would like. Just FYI I saw the garmin 200w on clearance at my target for 86?? dollars which was 50% off. There were 2 others on clearance but don't remember which kinds. they were in the glass case not shown on top. hth
  3. I bought dh an apron and mitt grilling set with New England Patriots on it. It is 20.99 - codes and regularly $34.99. I saw it at another online store and it is about the msrp at kohls. This is what he is getting for father's day. He has actually been wanting an apron for grilling and was jealous when I bought my girls aprons from vera bradley when they had a crazy sale. I assume other teams would be the same amount. I just searched new england patriots and they showed me a bunch of stuff. Here is the link though

  5. I bought one of these when they were the same price a few weeks ago. We used it in the girls room, but we had to stop because the steam came out of the top of spongebob as well as the sides but there was so much the water was like a pond on the ground the next morning! I had to use two or three towels to clean it up. Tried the next day after thinking we fixed it and it did it again. If anyone has ideas on what was wrong, tell me - I would still like to use it because it is cute. If not, it will be a yard sale item one day.

My doctor always recommends cool mist humidifiers. Along with the calcium buildup, it also doesn't promote bacteria growth that the warm mist does.

  6. I bought a twin size mattress at Sleepys and didn't realize that the price can actually be negotiated, if your friends are willing to do that. I always thought that it was the sticker price. I knew someone who worked there and they gave me a good deal but they asked the person how low they could go. I got it less than half price if I recall. Even if you negotiate it down to 25% off it is a good deal IMO
  7. I bought mine 2 years ago for my daughters and they never went on sale. So, I have AAA and went to their website and got a coupon for 10% off at circuit city. It was emailed to me. I ordered them online and then picked them up at the store. I think at the time, they had free extra stylus' with a purchase. I wonder if the prices will go down though because of the new ones that are coming out - probably not until after christmas if anything though.....
  8. We have had an Intex pool for the past 3 summers. At first we had the blow up one which was fine but a little lopsided. The only thing that I would warn you about with the blow up one is that kids can go over the side. My then 4 year old held on to the side that had more water and rested her body on it, wth her arms holding the bubble part. The water started going out and it was like a big waterfall. It took her up and over the pool and continued emptying on her. It took her months to get back in the pool and swim by herself.

We now have the ones with the poles. Our first time was last year. We got it at Sams Club which I really think is the best deal especially at this time of year. It isnt too hard putting it up and my husband is more confident in this one holding up than the blow up one. It also has a little more space because the poles stand totally upright where the blow up one has that curve around the sides where the bubble is closer to you than the bottom of the pool if that makes sense.

  9. Sorry if this is a repost. There are so many pages and I just wanted to post this. I was in Target yesterday and noticed that the Ipod Shuffles were reduced in price to $49.99 from $99.99 I think. I know that you can get a refurbished older one for this price sometimes at the Apple website but these were for the smaller second generation ones. I don't need one, and can't spend anymore money at Target for the time being but thought others might be interested. HTH
