    I just received my pre-order of the Fire Sticks  Cannot give a review since it is for Xmas for Hubby for his shop tv.  I got it for $20 cheaper on the pre-order.  I will keep an eye out for you

    I have this. It's pretty much does the exact same thing that the Fire tv does except the tv has voice control and the stick does not. It takes up less room than the Fire tv obviously. My daughter uses it in her room for Netflix and Youtube. She has played apps on it as well. Some apps you will need the game controller(you can purchase this on Amazon) while other apps you can just use the remote that the stick comes with. It's very easy to set up and use. We really like it.

     

    Since they've been having sales on the Fire TV, it's possible that they may have some on the stick as well.

    Thanks for the info. I REALLY hope they do have a deal, missed the boat on the preorder ;)

    Thanks lynn I wouldn't know the specs on all the applications my son might want to run but I know its not for gaming I managed to back order the HP 1 terabyte 8 gigabyte 15.6 screen laptop for the price I wanted 499, this morning from Office Depot do you have any idea if I'll actually get this before Christmas I don't have experience ordering from them

    I suppose if I had gotten up very early or stayed up very late I might've actually got one but I couldn't do it Thanks.

    what am i doing wrong I cannot find the BF SALE when I go on their website it's taking too long to look up every little thing why isn't there just some link that says Black Friday items that are available now on the Walmart site what am I missing HELP

    is there some easy way to look up what is better on laptops that is easily understandable ????

    something I could refer to that would help me I keep asking people and they either get back to me too late or not at all (not complaining I understand people are busy) but I just not lost another laptop, I got an email that told me it was great, AWESOME processor, go buy it and I go and now it's out of stock at Office Depot.

     

    any help would be appreciated I can't tell what all the letters and numbers might mean I know that intel core is good & i want 8 gb but when it comes to the 15 -k h or whatever im screwed.

    I know you asked Len, but in my experience using quite a few HPs and Lenovos (and others) over the years, I've had better luck with the Lenovo line.

    What processors are in the laptops you're looking at?

    And the Lenovo for 539 has Intel core I5 4th generation 421ou

    And Lenovo 559 (model59436273) has same as $539, above but also says 1,70 ghz 1600kHz 3mb Intel HD graphics

    All these letters are meant to torture the uneducated consumer

    Len theres an hp envy 15.6 with 8gb & 1 TB at office depot now & also a Lenovo same size, also 8gb 1 TB REAL SIMILAR PRICE, NOT used for GAMING, just for college classes, youtube, photos, shopping, email

    do you have any thoughts on which is better?

    I ordered to inexpensive headphones on Wednesday November 27, and here I sit xmas eve with nothing. I have checked tracking and it's only been updated once and so I sent them an email and they replied next day saying that it's coming from China and takes a while and should be here very soon, yada yada, well a week later and nothing! I sent another email today but haven't heard back from them.
    I think I got the deal info from Gottadeal, but I couldn't find it now when I searched for it.... anyway wondered if anyone got what they ordered from this company. I'll never again order from china, I didn't read small print or I'd have not even attempted. Ridiculous to not get something in 4 weeks! (tomorrow it is exactly 4 weeks) It should have stated that somewhere on the order form.

    The omnitech cross cut shredder show 59.99, it says in gottadeal BF scan $109 -55 instant savings and 35 easy rebate, but it is still 59 in cart, (used another new account) so then that isn't the BF price right, or where do I look for an easy rebate?
