I actually managed to get a Bag of Crap! First time in 6-7 tries that I actually got an order in.

'Tis a relic from times of yore, methinks!

Just in case anyone still uses VHS
or needs some filler. Both ship in "4-6 weeks" and are eligible for free shipping over $25.
Polar Express for $1.00
Elizabethtown for $0.95

This is an iPod Nano competitor that plays videos. The 6GB version is normally at LEAST $150. Will go quick, so hurry!

I have this drive. I've had a few recurring problems getting it to connect to my work laptop which have forced me to uninstall/reinstall my USB controllers in the Device Manager (probably not the drive's fault; it works perfectly with my personal laptop and desktop), but it's a nice drive overall, with good build quality & transfer speeds for the price.

Back down to 15.99 for the Friday Sale.

No rebates and free shipping; this is the lowest price I have seen. People often complain about xD's prices but this is not bad at all.
Note that this is the new, faster "Type H" card and there is an outside chance it will not work with older cameras. See here for Olympus and here for Fuji compatibility charts.
Credit to FW for the find.

Price has dropped to $89.99 AR. That's an excellent price for a 5MP compact camera that, while unspectacular, would be great for many point-and-shoot users.
-
Usually it's one per day, but every once in a while they do a "woot off" where they sell one product after another, typically products they've had in the past but at a discount.I'm not similar with Woot. Is it only one product per day or one product after another after it sells out?

It's the remote that wouldn't die!!!
They must have a lot in stock.

The laptop is a decent deal, actually, better than their BF Compaq deal. Here's DaPuff's BF comparison chart to jog your memory. http://www.me.mtu.edu/~jdbilyeu/laptops.htm
The 2404 they are offering now is very similar to the 2402 they had on BF except the 2404 has a Turion processor instead of a Sempron and it also has integrated wireless, double the RAM, more ports including an extra USB port and a Firewire port, and a larger hard drive. I think it's worth $50 more AR.
Plus, according to the website you can get some stuff FAR when you buy the laptop like an Epson AIO printer and a wireless router.
Specs from Compaq: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&lang=en&cc=us&product=1153897&dlc=en&docname=c00503566
Overall, it seems like a pretty nice laptop for the price. Not as cheap as some deals we've seen but this is not a stripped computer, either. Only downside IMO is the smallish WXGA screen at 14" but at least it's BrightView.

Keep an eye on Sears Closeouts... the selection is very limited but sometimes you can find great deals.

Dang it, Brad! You know if any other member did that you'd be breaking out the
stick!!!

Interesting, guess it's pointless to try and get a smaller one then. I'll check out Fry's to see what they've got.Andy,
It's nearly impossible these days to find a hard drive smaller than 80GB, 120GB seems to be the norm.
I was at Fry's on Monday where they had a Seagate 200GB for $59 after $50 rebates. At least it had a 5 year warranty which is nice.
Otherwise keep an eye on NewEgg.com or even try Craigslist where you can get a used HD for cheap
-
Thanks for the tips. I'll probably keep an eye on the local Fry's and other ads but it seems like all you find in there these days are the really big hard drives. The Maxtor at NewEgg is a decent fallback if I can't find something cheaper that's at least 80GB.
-
Well, the original hard drive from my Dell EPP 8250 (anyone remember that deal?) finally crapped out on me. I need a good ol' fashioned internal IDE hard drive to replace it. I don't need anything fancy or even very large (I keep my HD cleaned out as much as possible; I never filled up the old one @ 60GB), just something CHEAP, of course! :)
I was also considering a DVD burner. I saw RossMAN mention the $40 black NEC drive at NewEgg in another thread. I assume this is a pretty good deal?
-
This is HOT, if you ask me. This is a solid all-around camera with lots of nice features at this price (including a big LCD). Plus, xD cards have come down in price. Great deal! :)
-
Well, as I mentioned in my first post, I was referring to Amazon's price, not the 3rd party vendor price. mbony's post wasn't clear on that point.Click ADD TO CART on the right where it says WHOLESALERS CLUB.
What price does it show now?
-
Cleared my cart and added it through this link and it still shows $170.99 for me. Not interested in buying one, but that's a little odd.
-
Shows $170.99 for me unless you order it through a 3rd-party vendor. Not sure if it adds up the same, but the silver ipod mini is $159.
