So. FL Walmart 75% off today...Lots of inexpensive, makeup, shave and perfume gift sets.

Today my So. FL target store had christmas items at 70% off, however, candy and food were 50%. I bought a few things that I didn't think would last until 90%. Many items were in regular dept., like Elf on the shelf set($9) and Hallmark's Jingle and Bell sets(10.50) were in book dept. My cvs stores went 75% off christmas, toys and some other gift items(robes, candles, appliances,etc) but perfume gift sets and candy/food items were 50% on Sunday. My best buy was the Charlie Brown x-mas tree for $3.50 and Halmark's Bell book/doll set for $9.

Dollar Spot had black dot items reduced 30% at my So. FL store 10/30. Lots of halloween and thanksgiving items to pick from.

There has been no rhyme or reason as to how the BTS was handled this year. Most of the backpacks were removed from BTS area and reset with the regular stock in luggage area. Those that remain in the BTS area are priced at 30% off except for a teal and grey plaid embark book bag/lunch box combo marked fThere rom 19.99 to 5.98(I think that was the price)...others by same company...same style just different pattern are 13.98. Lunch boxes in BTS remained priced at 30%-50%, however, on end cap in sporting goods was cloth BYO(Brand name) lunch bags, reuseable sandwich/snack bags that matched were priced 50%-70%. All were the same style...just different cloth patterns...don't understand the price difference. Lots of juvenile sheet sets and comforter/throws were marked down 70%...Hello Kitty, Superman/Superhero, jungle, Mario, teen zebra print,(sorry can't remember them all). Also the foot stools that look like boxes covered in material and top is removable for storage were 70%(5.98).

So.Fl...Seasonal Lawn and Garden was 70% off...some beach towels, barbeque items and outdoor rugs and chairs were also included at 70% off. Lots of activity in BTS area...everything being moved to make room for Halloween. Many items were marked to 70% but other items remained at full price, 30% or 50%...very confusing. I'll go tomorrow hoping for further markdowns.

I was so dissappointed to find that the black star dollar spot items were sent to salvage. I questioned one of the members of the reset/presentation team and he seemed as confused as I was and didn't know if this was gonna be the new practice. We lost the 90%...so my fingers are crossed, hoping that we are not gonna lose the 70% discount.

So. FL Walmart went 75% today. Lots of great stuff that I will use for valentines and easter gifts for the grandkids. The best find of all was an Anchor Hocking glass cake plate and punch bowl set for...drum roll please...$2.22! I suggest you look around store especially pet dept. and in paper goods. Red Solo cups 30ct. and saran wrap w/gold design on it was $.60.(the wrap is red inside not clear)

Thank you KrisinTn for your post. I was able to find the same deal ($15 Fijit Friends)at my so. fl walmart, however, no peelies on boxes. I did use a $10 coupon for Fijit Friends from coupons.com that expired 12/1 to make the same super deal. I checked and it appears that that coupon is no longer available for print on coupon.com. My store in Vero Beach, FL was 70% off the blue dot items from the dollar spot. Lots of stuff to pick. I bought kids socks, dry erase boards and pens/markers for school, dust pans w/brush sets, microfiber towels 2pk., gift bags and lots of party favors/ stocking stuffers.
