stacya....I had the same problem with 2 of my orders. I called and they told me the shoes were out of stock although I never received an email stating this. They did allow me to select replacement shoes which they are supposed to be sending me. What concerns me is one of the pair actually came back in stock and took me to call them, tell them they were back in stock and ask them to ship as part of my order. Crocs really showed poor customer service with how they are handling out of stock orders.

Last year I camped out (11pm) at Office Depot and ended up being the first in line. The OD employees were even nice enough to hand out coffee and donuts about a half hour before they opened the doors. Office Depot...here I come again this year to get my $300 laptop!

I haven't found any codes that work either. Plus they are trying to charge $10 shipping to pickup at the closest store. Still a good deal but not great.........
