  1. i would definitly call and complain and tell them you would like to at least be reimbursed for the shipping that you were already charged. It couldnt hurt to try anyways.
  2. My kids are 2 and 3 so of course they believe in santa. I have a SIL that when her oldest asked her the "is it true" question. She explained it to him but told him that it was his responsibility since he was the oldest to help keep it alive for his 3 younger siblings. And if he didnt all he would be finding under the tree that year was clothes lol. Needless to say he decided he didnt have to belive but his younger siblings did and he didnt want nly clothes for christmas lol.
  3. I agree with both points. I can see where a customer should ask for help and believe me I DO ask all the time. But I also see where the customer SHOULD be helped or asked if they could be helped if they are struggling and there are employee's standing around picking thier noses, like PP said that is thier job and what they are being paid for :tongue1: How DARE you be trying to buy clothes on black friday!!?? LOL The department being like that would have been enough to make me SCREAM!

     

    I would have been frustrated but again I would have demanded help, or climbed the rafters to get exactly what I wanted, I bet THAT would have gained somebodies attention.
