My TRU in Tacoma did not have this deal but..my Costco had the crammer bundle: includes crammer, case and 3 faceplates for $12.97. Friend of mine picked up 2 for me 30 minutes ago so that I can return the 2 that I paid $30 for around Thanksgiving. She and I both thank you for the heads up! Becky

I do feel that it is BE's fault as I placed my order on the 1st and they didn't even process it until 12/12 and then they didn't ship until 12/13. I have placed numerous orders online and this has been by far the worst for shipping I've experienced. JMHO

I placed an order on 12/1 using the stacking codes for the F & F. They finally processed the order last week! I called today to see where my order could be and they said I might not get it here until 12/27. This was ordered for a Christmas gift, that I thought would be here on time. I AM LIVID!!! I called CS and spoke to a mgr and she offered me a $20 item for my "inconvience". This is the longest delay that I've ever had with an online order, anyone else ever had one longer? Just venting...
