  1. DH Would love one of the 65 inch for $688. Enough that he will figure a way to schlep it home during an 15 hour drive. How long would I have to go camp for one of the big ones? Any chance it'll go online?

Normally i would say with the bigger tv's not really a need to camp. This one might be an exception though on the count of being such a good deal and people talking about it that usually dont go for black friday things. But I would give yourself at least a couple hours head start or at least do some calls to the store or walk through see if anyone is inline. I have that tv and it is nothing short of gorgeous. The only thing if you are hauling it that far and i dont know where you live make sure you let the tv warm up to room temperature before plugging in.

  2. I am from The upper peninsula of Michigan. We have one best buy in the whole U.P. My store only had 13 many people were disappointed. People drove from two hours away hoping to get one but were unlucky. Good time though I was 6 in line and arrived at noon so I had a 12 hour wait. 30 degrees wind chill in the low 20's but very good time. Me and my wife both got one. Really like the way best buy handles everything with the ticket system. My store gets an A+.
  3. Ok so here's my question... I noticed that the $199 Sharp at Best Buy is actually listed on their website now. At $499 "coming soon" and it's 60hz.

Do you think it will end up being available online Thursday and if so, is the price low enough to warrant buying it even though it's not 120hz?

Of course money is tight, whose isn't? But I would love to get my husband a new tv for his birthday. We mostly watch regular TV and occasional sports.

I actually have this same tv and love it.. Watch sports all the time mostly all i watch. 9 out of 10 stars i give this tv.
