I had a problem ordering from them earlier this month. I ordered a Sansa mp3 player on sale for $31.99 for my little brother as a Christmas gift and a Kingston memory card on 11/27. The next day the memory card shipped but the mp3 player's status showed that my order had been sent to the warehouse. The following day the status changed to on order (out of stock). Both items were in stock when I placed my order so I sent them an email on 12/06 asking why my mp3 player hadn't shipped yet even though it was in stock when I ordered it and they replied the next day saying the mp3 player wasn't in stock and they weren't sure when it was going to come back in stock, but they'd email me and keep me updated. I waited about a week, never got any email updates, so I email them again asking if they knew when the mp3 player would be back in stock, they said they still weren't sure, so I canceled my order on 12/13. The MP3 player was back in stock two days later for $51.99. I've ordered from them before without any problems, but after this, I don't think I'll order anything from them anymore. OT: I bought another Sansa MP3 player from eBay on 12/14 to replace the one I canceled from Buy.com, but that one still hasn't gotten here yet. The seller said if it isn't here by Saturday (yesterday), he'll send me another. So yesterday, I ordered yet another one, this time from Amazon, so I'll just ask for a refund from the ebay seller or send the one from ebay back if I get it. I didn't think I'd have to go through all this to get an MP3 player. lol
