[Kmart Layaway]

I work at Kmart. Our store is taking new layaways until Dec. 10th. No you cannot get a price adjustment after 7 days. That should be right on your reciept. It always takes a long time for someone to answer a page for layaway because they don't really have any one just working layaway. Kmart would lose money doing that. They just have people working other departments listen for pages. Any given day we might have only 10-12 people working. I got my schedule for next week and I get a whole 14 hours. It sucks but it's a job.

[K-Mart does NOT accept internet coupons]

I'm a cashier at Kmart. I always take any coupons that are given to me as long as they are for the product and not expired. No one told me (not yet anyways) that we don't except internet coupons.

Isn't Mervyn's closing all of their stores? That's what I heard but it might just be the one in the Everett Mall (Washington state).

[Claire's Boutique 10 items for $5 YMMV]

I went to check out the Claire's in my mall but went into Icicles (pretty much the same store) and they were having the buy 10 for $5 sale, but the manager told me anything with a red sale sticker with an original price of less than $10 was included in the 10 for 5 sale. I swear the whole place had red stickers. I loaded up on make up, notebooks, bracelets and earrings. They had so much stuff. I went over to Claire's but they didn't have any good sales. This is in Burlington, Washington (the Cascade Mall)

I was able to order the Sears wishbook on their site. I've been trying for days but it wouldn't show up to be ordered. It's ready now. My kids love this book and so does my husband even though it's not the same as many years ago. Smaller I think?? Anyways, go order yours.

[Kohl's one of my favorite Black Friday stops]

October 5th, 2006 is the opening date for our Kohls! :)

We have 2 Kohls opening close enough to us the same day (Oct. 5th). They are both one hour or so away north and south of us. I can't wait I've never been to Kohls.

You can order the adaptor at the Vsmile site. What is it Vtech? Anyways, I had to do that last year when I bought the consol but didn't know you had to buy the adaptor. I looked everywhere for the cord so I finally just ordered off of thier site. HTH

Hey I am in Montana too, just outside of Bozeman, where are you? No sales tax but they are trying!

 

I'm in Kalispell and I love it here. We moved here about a year ago from Washington.

[Started watching X-Mas Movies yet?]

We watched Christmas with the Kranks last night and it is so funny. I went out and bought it after I rented it. My kids watch xmas movies all year long especially my 5 yr old. He loves all movies though.

I used to work at Walmart and I always worked the afternoon shift so that gave me all morning to shop. They have to have cashiers and other people working in the evening too so it always worked out for me.

Does anyone know if I were to put the gameboy sps in layaway now if they would do a price adjustment on black friday if I went during the sale hours?
