no one will be making anymore hd dvd's. however it can play hd dvd's and can be used as an upconvert player. you will be able to get movies pretty cheap for it soon, so if you were going to buy an upconvert dvd player it's not a bad deal.

i used to work there. they won't give you 20% off of it. don't even waste your time trying.

toshiba lowered the price on all hd-dvd players yesterday, may not be a good sign.....

i tried that, but apparently you can't stack them. oh well. i'll take the 20% any day. :)
they are also doing the "buy more save more" but again. no stacking.
the 15 worked for me.
