    I found a pair of Paul frank socks in the kids section. When I checked out I asked the cashier if I could get a price check on them. They rang up as 0.00. She said I can give them to you for .50.

    I also got a series 1 and two series 2 mighty beans for .29. They were in the reg toy section. They price next to them said $1.99 or $2.99 I don't remember but I scanned them anyway and was really excited to see them for .29. Now if I only knew what to do with them. I guess they will go to toys for tots next year. Oh btw I live in ct if that helps anyone.

    Things our elf did,

    Empty the cans out of our cabinet and made a christmas tree (stacked the can 3 layers high then put garland around each layer and a star on top

     

    Put wrapping paper over our sons door

     

    Put the cracker goldfish in a bowl and was fishing

     

    Made 2 cute gingerbread cookies and left me a huge mess on the stove. Our elf made snow angels in the flour

     

    Played a game of monopoly on the table with alot of stuffed animals each player had a drink and a bowl of chips next to them

     

    He watched Christmas movies and had popcorn all over the place and our blankets were all over the floor

     

    He made a zipline from our livingroom to our kitchen and left candycanes all over the place for the kids.

     

    Some nights he would leave presents other nights he would just leave a mess lol

    Does anyone know how I can go about finding a family to adopt for the holidays? I know about the angel tree and toys for tots but I want to give a tree, food and gifts. I was also thinking if I could find a family soon then I could also help out for thanksgiving.

    We started the elf last year when my son was 10. At first he didn't believe but while he was watching tv I went into his bedroom and put marshmallows all over his floor and had the elf and one of his stuffed animals in the middle of the pile. I went back and watched the movie with my son. When he went to bed I followed him. His face was priceless. I said to him why did u put marshmallows on ur floor. He said oh mom I think benard (his elf) did it. He told his cousin (also 10 years old) what happened. Of course he didn't believe him. His cousin slept over and benard put wrapping paper over the door and made a tower out of cans. His cousin was mad he didn't have an elf. I told him he needed to write a letter to Santa to ask for one. He wrote the note and I called his mother quickly and told her what happened. I also explained different things to do.

    The boys were upset when their elves hd to leave so Santa wrote a note that the elves would come back on their bday. On my sons bday went to Disney with his cousin. I had to take both the boys elves in the carry in bag so the elves could be waiting for them when they went into the room.

    It was funny because my son hasn't believed in Santa since he was 5 but he believed in the elf

    This one is online. You upload the kids photo. Santa opens his book and your childs face,name hair color and eye color are in Santa's book. Then you write the 1 big item your child wants, when Santa turns the page its written in his book and Santa winks. It really cute.
