I tried to get them for 90% at a couple of my Targets (PDX, OR and Vancouver, WA). It was a no go. Apparently, these Targets had associated those sets with toys and not with holiday.

anybody know if any stores in PDX metro area are down to 90%? I have a lunch meeting and can't go check any stores out until after work. I'm chomping at the bit - hee hee Thanks!

Does anyone know if these codes can be stacked - specifically the percentage or dollar-off codes and the free shipping? Thanks!
