  1. When is her birthday? They have a sale once a year in Madison, WI of seconds and returns (that are in boxes and look perfectly new!) in June (I have the exact date on my calendar at home if anyone needs it). And they have 100's of dolls there for sale, they were around $60 for the ones that they normally sell for around $100, they have all the books pretty cheap, not too many accessories. You have to buy a ticket for $5 to get in to the sale and when you buy your ticket they give you a time that you can get into the sale. But they had almost all of the dolls for sale there, most of them had boxes. I think the babies / twins were about $30 each. I can check my receipt at home for the exact prices, I think I saved it.

Go on their website and sign up for emails and to get thier catalog and they will email you their sales and the catalogs sometimes have coupons in them. But they aren't usually for the dolls, like the poster above said you can maybe get free shipping on the dolls.

I would love to get that date if you have it. We drive through the area to go to my parents.

  2. I am a sucker for sappy commercials! One of my favorites is the Foldgers coffee one where the guy has been away from home. He comes in the house and the little girl sees him and whispers, "Everyone's asleep." Then he says, "I know how to wake 'em up," and smiles down at her. Then the parents smell the coffee brewing and they come down in the pjs and the woman's eyes light up and she says, "Oh Peter! Your home!" The best part of wakin' up...

Don't know why but I have always liked that one :)

A favorite of mine!!!! The first one in our family calls the others and lets everyone know "Peter is home!" Brings smiles to my face just thinking about it!!! I always know Christmas is close by and I will see all my family soon!:)

  3. We got ours from Sams Club this summer. I'm sure there should be some deals going on if you look around. Ours wasn't a huge savings, but I wanted one where the poles aren't right against the net, and the springs were covered and on the outside of the net. I figured there would be less toes getting pinched. It has held up good so far.
