WOW that is an ear full.....LoL Thanks.... I still dont know what to do... I dont want to spend that much, but at the same time I dont know if 1GB is going to be enough.... Ok so now I heard that I have to look for a wireless N card they said that wireless n is up to 12x faster than g.....my friend said I should look for wireless LAN 802.11n or wireless LAN (802.11b/g/n); "other wise its a waste" Looks like Im back to square one!!

The one at CC seems like a good deal however I was told to stay away from Compaq and from HP!!! I also not sure about 1GB, and what the heck is AMD Athlon??? This is becoming a huge project thats prob why I never bought one....lol Ok everyone : If you where to buy a laptop right now for under $1000 what one would you buy and why?!?!?!?!
