I just spent half hour running around with "customer service" and they're telling me that my code (nice4u) didn't apply to my order. They saw the code, it just didn't apply...and the final person I spoke with said that it didn't apply because of the clearance item. I found another item on clearance, went through the whole process, except placing the order, and it never once said anything about the code not applying. Well, hopefully the customer service department that is going to "get back to me" will be able to give me my $10 back.
kudos to JCP.... they never "got back to me", but they did refund the amount for using the code :)

is this at super walmart too? is there a limit
Went to our super Walmart today and they had this deal on all pepsi products (mt dew included). Ours had a limit of 5 per customer.

Really? Maybe it's a regional thing. Like here they are called buggys and up north they are called carts?
When people say "buggys" around here, it's definitely not a shopping cart lol. Around here, buggys belong to the Amish

I never go to Target, but plan on going after seeing this post. ARe the clearance items in one big sections? Or is like that baby clearance in baby section?
NEVER?!?!
Just kidding lol. I didn't used to go "as much" either...and didn't realize just how much got clearanced regularly. I thought that getting shoes for a few dollars was just "good luck", but now I regularly peruse the store.
To answer your question...Clearance items are found all over the store. Baby clearance is in the baby section, bikes clearanced are still with the bikes, etc. "End caps" is where you'll find a lot of clearanced items also. What that means is this...instead of walking down the main isles when going from department to department, take the other end of the shelves...you never know what you'll find
I'm tempted to go back today and get another 2 bikes...for my husband and me, although I *gasp* want to ok it with him first! lol

This Schwinn road bike was on clearance today for $50, but I passed on it. The mountain bike I got is not listed on the website. Here's the number from the receipt... 082090082. HTH :)

Don't let that stop you..I leave my house thirty minutes before I have to, just to make my early morning (8:00 a.m.) PP and then I go back during my lunch hour..if I can, I sneak one last trip in on the way home...lol..the good thing is my target is about half a mile from my job and maybe a three miles from my house..so I hit both of them up daily... OMG I think I may be a Target addict.....
LOL well, the new job I am adding to my day is working in my dd's school cafeteria. So, I'll start with my bus run at 7 until 8:30 when I park my bus and go into the school to work...then come out at 2 to go back on my bus until 4.
Really...it's probably for the better!
I do have to add that I couldn't resist (speaking of addict!) and went today...found a family tent, a 2-3 person tent, an adult sleeping bag, croquet set and a 21 speed mountain bike all at 75% off....added a pair of shoes I need for work for $22 (if I didn't NEED them for work, I would have passed!), and all of that came out to around $100!
...my husband told me that Target will probably announce in 3 months that they've had a drop in sales and will have to lay people off just because I won't be there as frequently

lots of camping clearance 75& off- also lots of bras and undies marked 75% off- and many frames were 50% off- wanted the jewelery armoire- 75% off 24.99- but figured I really didn't NEED it ( the first time that has ever stopped me.) LOL
Thanks for the heads up! ...I was waiting for the camping to go 75% and if I don't get there in the next couple of days, I'll be out of "luck". I start a new job next week, which will keep me from shopping so much! ...oh the horrors of not being able to catch the markdowns as they are happening!

Sounds like an interesting story. It looks like you are around my area too.
howdy neighbor :) I'm in York county.

I avoid Walmart for the most part nowadays. I still find myself going there for groceries now and then, but that's about it. I'm not even sure I would go there for 75% off of their toys! I almost got "kicked out" of Walmart a few years ago...but...well, that's way off topic! LOL

our store's Christmas stuff was still at 75 Friday night...couldn't get there over the weekend, and now most of it is gone...'cept some stick on bows!
I did get a pair of pants for myself and for my daughter, a sweater, sweatpants and shirt, a turtleneck and a pair of pants...all for under $16.51!

A little bit away from home today, so I called a Target in this area. 90% off in the Harrisburg, PA area today Friday, Dec. 4.
I'm just south of Harrisburg a half hour and it was still 75 in East York today
I did find some AA batteries back near electronics that...well...weren't on clearance or anything, but for a box of 5 "2 packs" (10 batteries) it was cheaper than the ones they have packaged as 10 AA batteries. Why it was cheaper to buy more packaging, I'll never understand!
-
wow, this is a great deal! unfortunately, none that are going to work for us
-
I'm heading there Friday for a "bus driver breakfast" and now I'm even more excited!
-
I'm glad to hear some of you have bought it and like it! I bought one for our son for Christmas, as he's planning on going to Australia this summer, and I was hoping I made a good choice.

no PA one that's not friendly
Yeah, it's unfortunate! The closest you get is south of Baltimore or the one out in New Jersey. We did this as a family a few years ago with the Baltimore one, but it took us almost 2 hrs to get there each time...still was a good deal, considering the normal prices to get in, but the travel was kind of a bummer. We went about once a month and learned how to pack our food! lol

Thanks OP! I just picked up 4 different games...some for my daughter and some for a friend's son...good prices and free shipping! :)

I agree this style of pillow is very comfortable. However I previously ordered this set from Overstock. They are not very good - very soft, not really what I'd call true memory foam. I'd spend a bit more and get better quality ones. Just my own experience.
Bruce
Thanks. I've already ordered but that's ok, they have got to be better than what I have now!
-
Hey, I'll give it a try! I've been wanting to get better pillows for a while now...I'm sure my neck and back will appreciate it!

In case of divorce the Dyson is the only thing I'd insist upon taking with me. In case of fire, everyone knows to grab pictures and the Dyson.
This makes me want to got get one for myself!

Does anyone know if the Hershey kisses are hollow or solid chocolate?

My 5yr old DD was just looking over my shoulder and saw the picture of the horse. She said that's what she wanted for Christmas. I said "I thought you wanted butterscotch" When I explained the difference she said she wanted the brown one. That way she can make up her own voice. Plus she said she doesn't want to use up all those batteries!
What to do? I can return butterscotch at our local Kolh's. Although I'm sure I can sell it to someone since I got it for $172. Our do I just keep it because she doesn't know what she talking about and will fall in love with it.......
I say return it or sell it...and then you can buy her the cheaper one that she says she wants! There are lots of options for the money you'll save/gain!

looks like I am the only one having to pay tax in this here lovely state of MD lol.
I got ya beat here in Pa! I had to pay 42.92 shipped. I sure hope my daughter doesn't mind the green one....too bad if she does! lol
