We have the removable plates Foreman. I like this as it is much easier to clean. Don't know exact dimensions, but we can fit 3 hamburgers on it at a time. HTH, J

Just FYI, I have had this bluetooth for about 6 months ($45) and I love it,. I have a motorola phone and it uses the same charger. I can charge it in my car if in a pinch with my phone charger... Definately worth $15 (or $5 with the google checkout )... HTH. Jenn
