We don't usually have trouble finding a paper but I've found out and it doesn't pertan to just the BF sales papers but if I go to a store to purchase the paper the either 1/2 the ads are missing or there's no ads at all so I've started getting them out of a paper box. Also if you buy out of the box you don't have to pay tax on the paper.

I'll shop for my mom and my mil, the other people in my family? not usually. If they don't or won't go out they have spouses who can, if they don't tough. I have taken my nieces with me so they can purchase what their parents want.

I think this would be good for a 3 YO, it's an MP3 player and also pays little discs from Disney
My 12 yo DD seen this at Wal-mart the other day and really likes it herself.

I've never actually added everything up. I try to get them what they want, but I have my limits there too, Like I will not buy any new game systems when they come out when they will be 1/2 the price the next Christmas, so they don't even ask! I will not buy the newly released PS2 games either, I refuse to pay $50 for them, when they'll be $25 in 6 months, if they want the newly released games the buy them with their own money! I always base mine on number of gifts, usually about 20 or 30 each, I always make it even for both.
I aress, I don't count the actual amount spent for each, just make sure they have the same amount, DD's are 16 and 12 so they are into different things so it's easier to make it total amount of gifts and not price. This is going to be the first year since my 16 yo was born that I don't get to buy either of my girls a baby doll:gdcry:

Breakfast!! What's that??? After the girls get up they see what Santa has brought them, nothing wrapped, then we just get a bowl of cereal or something. Usually DH wants to go back to sleep.

I always get Christmas Stamps. I also use Christmas address labels. I LOVE CHRISTMAS!!!!!

Hi, I'm Tina from Beckley, West Virginia. I've been married from 18 years and have a 16 yo DD and a 12 yo DD. I work part-time for Orkin as a CRC and my Dh works as a cnc operator. I have been shopping on BF for about 10 years now and found this site last year. Hope everyone has a GREAT BF!!!!!

I usually send out school pictures of the girls to family and a few select friends.
-
I've got several nieces and nephews between those ages. The girls like gift cards to wal-mart or their fav. store. The boys liked getting gift cards for gas.

We have a big Christmas Parade in the town. Usually one of my kids is in it with the scouts troops but thisyear my 12 yo dd will be in it with her middle school marching band.
My daughter's band with be having a Christmas concert with the choir from school.
One of the local churches does The The Living Christmas Tree every year. That's really nice to attend.
Santa comes to the mall right before thanksgiving and they have a big deal with him, used to take the girls but they are too old now.

I love Emmet Otter, Dh bought it for me last year. It's definitely one of my favorites and I actually watch that one year round
This is the movie I was trying to think of. My SIl and I both love to watch this.
As for music, I love Christmas music. I listen to it all month long. I guess one of my favorite songs is Redneck 12 Days of Christmas by Jeff Foxworthy, I believe thats the name of it.

I don't really have a theme, usualy ornaments my girls have made in school or girl scouts. I have purchased a couple of glass hummingbird ornaments I have found so I'll eventually make that the focus. I have a miniature tree that I decorate and put upstairs between the girls bed rooms that has an assortment of little ornaments you can tie onto packages.
-
I usually send out around 20-25 cards. I usually recieve about the same amount. I always pack the cards I received with my decorations so when I get the decorations out I can look through all the ones I received the year before.
-
I love just about all the Christmas Songs. Some of my favorites are:A few of my favorite things, Mary did you know
I love when CMT starts showing all their christmas videos!

I have wanted one of those yard swings or glider for the last couple of years but so far no one has remembered. It would be great to sit on when I am watching the baby play. Not to strange but no one is listening
My DH bought me one (3) years ago for my birthday. It is still in the box. It will probably be like my DD's lingerie chest we bought (6) years ago. It'll stay there until I put it together.

My husband and I sell on ebay and we do put a 3.00 handling fee on the shipping charges. That is to help with the purchase of the shipping supplies. What we sell we can't get the free boxes from the P.O. so we go to Sam's Club to purchase the boxes.
-
I show my DH what I buy on BF. He like to know what everyone is getting but he doesn't want me to tell anyone what we bought anyone. I feel like with the kids you have to let other adults know or you'll get alot of duplicate items.
-
My dad passed away about 7 years ago. I am planning on buying my mom the Bible on DVD we've seen on TV. I've got the website marked on the computer so I'm going to order it soon. By the way has anyone seen any coupons for them anywhere???
-
Yes we buy our basset hound, butterscotch, a christmas present. She's part of the family. We usually wrap it up also.
-
I used to shop with my Dh, SIL and BIL but the past few years when we'd be at my DH's grandparents but since we're staying home anymore I shop with my oldest DD. She's already asked me if she's going to go with me this year.
-
I usually shop on the 26th. I have a nephew who's birthday is on the 26th and niece who's birthday is on the 30th. This way I can get them soemthing they didn't get for Christmas.

We were able to get eh Disney Scene It game at Sears last year. We either paid 19.99 or 24.99 for it. DH picked it up while we were all at the mall so I can't remember the price, but I do know it was on sale.
