Emachine is a 617 not a 627 so theose specs are wrongyes, thank you! Looking for a 2nd laptop for light parent use/young kids to play games. Sounds like this would also work as a travel DVD player for hotel visits!

If you hook up a Hd Tv to a non Hd source you will Get Cr*p for a picture . The best way to see how good of picturre you get is to play a DVD or hook it up to a true HD source!

One important thing to also look at is what version that the store is offering. I believe that the Mario kart version is not the latest model
