  1. I have not been taking advantage of them. Each time I have had one it was due to one of the kids' birthdays or my birthday (they send them out on the parents birthday too). Still, I don't always have them on me if I don't plan on going to the store in advance. It would be nice if they could pull it up by phone number or something when you register. From my experience, they definitely don't take your word for it.
  2. Finally made it to Target last night. Toys were very picked over. In fact they only had probably 10 items, none of which I wanted. I did however find a portable hammock with stand for $20.xx, Callaway Golf Cart coolers for $2.xx, Callaway pack golf balls $2.xx, Camping Thermos $2.xx, Golf Digest Putting Green with Ball Return for $9.xx and a 7" digital picture frame for $21.xx. All in all I was pretty happy. Just wish I would have found some toys!!! I'm going to try another Target shortly.
  3. I don't believe once any of the stores say they are going out of business you can use their gift cards. The merchandise is no longer owned by them. Another company usually does the going out of business or liquidation sale, not LNT in this case. We ran into the same problem when Circuit City closed the stores in Phoenix. Luckily, we were able to use the gift cards online since the company itself was not going out of business.
  4. Last year they told me they would not price adjust. I just called and spoke to a manager. Thought I would try my luck this year. She said they would price adjust as long as you came in when the sale was going on. For ex. If it's a doorbuster item, you would have to come in to get the price adj. between 5 am and 1 pm. :cheesy:
