back couldnt post from line. I got there at 4:30 waited in the car till 5 and was number 4 out of who knows how many. Staples was the most disorganized mess I have ever seen in my life. Gave the guy my ticket to get my harddrive and told him i needed moms computer he took the ticket and never came back. Then they said "ok every dont stand here everyone line up to check out". By then there was like a hundred people in line. So we had to go ahead and get in line even though we didnt have our stuff. Mom started pnaicking so we grabbed a saleslady and she said she'd take care of it. she then came back and asked me which guy it was (I didnt remmeber I wasnt really even paying attention to what the guy looked like) so then she went in back again then came out with my ticket and said the computer was waiting for me behind the register. We ended up with everything except the 8gb sdhc card. We didnt get out of there until 7 oclock!!! Other than that we did good I went to Target and LOADED UP on tv dvd's. then we went to sears and i got my snuggie and found the 8gb sdhc card for the same price it was at staples. Then it was off to office depot got everything I needed there and then our last stop was Kohl's which kinda irritated me. I went in there for the 9.99 rocket blender (just like the magic bullet blender) and they were all sold out. If I had known that I wouldve grabbed one at MAcy's when i saw them there.

Yeah I dont want to do that sky. I have heard some not so good things about ordering from Staples on Black friday such as they emailing you hours later and saying they couldnt complete the order or sold out plus i have to actually go in there anyway because mom wants to pick up the dell desktop bundle to replace her crappy emachine

Think this year I will take my flip camera and tape things at Staples if very many people are lined up there. Im getting there at 4. I know last year I was wishing I had brought my video camera to office depot cuz there was quite a few of us in line.

Yes but if you remeber last year they had a killer section and 90% of the movies they had WERENT listed in the ad

well this is one sale i no longer have to worry about. I got the LG blu ray this morning that amazon had for 99 today only (part of their black friday week long sale) better rated so it was a no brainer

Ok it did NOT say that this morning lol. glad to see that it does now. I have to be up at 3 anyway to get ready to head over to Staples (have to be there by 4) so I will just set the alarm a little before 3 and grab the blu ray player. wish it had netflix but its just a secondary player anyway

Ok I have never done Staples on Black Friday so a couple questions. First off do they do tickets? Second off if I want the Seagate External what time should I lineup? I am also going for the Dell desktop bundle.

Nope different set up. The one on Friday is 4gb memory and 640 hard drive with the AMD Athlon processor dual core with thw 20 inch Dell monitor included for $499. Woops I see now you are talking about the laptop I am referring to the desktop.

I think Im going to go for the Dell just becuase of my success with him plus what sold me is the dell has a fast processsor than either of the HP's less core (dell has two HP has 4) more more speed

I hope that isnt the case because I am getting the same message with the magnavox blu ray player. It's on the list that was posted for what will be available online so I am hoping its just an error on walmart.com's part with it saying store only.

Ok mom is wanting to pick up a desktop on Friday I have narrowed it down to three. the Dell 546 bundle that is on sale at staples, the HP P6210Y bundle that is on sale at Best Buy and the HP p6228p-b bundle at office depot. Which would be the better deal? I have always had bad luck with HP myself which is why I am leaning more toward the Dell but maybe HP has improved over the years I honestly dont know. Leaning even more toward the Dell now that I went on their site and if you customize the 546 to exactly what staples package/bundle is its $703 so $499 is a pretty good deal. I know the HP is an awesome deal at Best Buy too. I guess the question is which is a more reliable brand HP or Dell?

Are you going to likely have an exact time by Thursday Brad? Im planning to set my alarm for about half an hour before the walmart sale starts online then get the blu ray player than go back to sleep till about 3"30ish (to get ready to actually go out for Black Friday)

Sansa mp3 player. Had the thing for literally 2 days and it froze up and died on me. Took it back and got a little more expensive one that still works to this day
