You can get it for 209 at most places. I don't think you'll find it any cheaper so it's an ok deal. Walmart has it for 209, but it comes with a home AV pack, which is a better deal IMO http://www.walmart.com/Zune-120GB-MP3-Player/ip/11064177

We had Time Warner and never had anything but trouble with them. We've had DirectTv for about 3 years now and have loved the customer service. I had to haggle when we upgraded to the HD DVR, but I expect that. We've always had exceptional customer service with them.

In case anyone is interested my local Target has a sign saying they take of an additional 10% if you sign up for a Target card making the tv $807

Since I'm not tech savvy and don't know if it makes a difference, but Office Depots are 1080i, not 1080p
