Well I went to pick up the tv after work even though it showed still processing in my account. Got there and they told me that it was showing refunded in the computer. The lady went to get the other items I had there for pick up when what to my wondering eyes appeared an employee walked out of the back pushing one of the TV's out of the back to take home. Lol so the CSR and I got to talking and she grabbed a manager who proceeded to tell me that all online orders were canceled for the tv because we weren't supposed to be able to order it online. I explained that it obviously wasn't my fault they didn't set their website up correctly and I would probably be less upset had I not purchased the item at 7 am and then watched one of his employees walk out with the tv. He went on a search to see if he had any left anywhere in the store. When he came back he had a general manager in tow who gave me a 40" Samsung television for the same price for my trouble. So kudos to the Terre Haute, Indiana management for taking care of their customers when the corporate goofballs screwed up!

After reading through this I made a second call to nononsense.com and found out today that most of what was on my order is no longer available. They are out of the mens crew socks and waiting for a shipment. They are also out of the .49 womens socks as well as the chubby heart sleep pants. Was told they could cancel the order and rebook for what they actually have, which doesn't sound like much. If you're waiting for any of the above items for Christmas I was told they are not coming. So I guess that nononsense is really full of nonsense. Horrible customer service in my opinion since I have had the order place since Nov. 29 and had to call to find this information out. BTW was told the reason I hadn't been contacted was that she(being the csr I was talking to) didn't have time to check each order individually, she had to wait for someone to let her know to cancel orders. Also for those items that were out of stock my order page shows that they have been paid for.

Just to let everyone know hh gregg has the whirlpool 9400 set on sale at $988 with a $100 mail in rebate making it $888 total. They have 12 month no interest financing right now and on black friday will have 24 months no interest. The washer is 4.1 c.f. so larger than the others. THey also have the LG 2101 set for $996 so they beat home depot (no rebates on this one) They are also going to have a 24.8 c.f. french door refrigerator for $888 on black friday. If you have a family video somewhere close to you they will buff out the game discs for a couple of dollars. If the scratch looks too bad many times they will do it for you for free because it might not work (of course you have to get the right employee).
