  1. Thanks for the inside scoop, luv2shop! I don't have an outlet store near me but maybe the retail stores will have the same deal.

The retail stores will run their own special. I will check that today and post this PM. This deal is for outlets only and no it is not available online. The outlet carries catalog returns, overstocks and discontinued merchandise. We are a true outlet. Amazing deals to be found at the outlet.

  2. I'm a manager at the LLBean outlet and the entire store on Friday from 6-10AM will be 30% off, this includes kayaks, and the rest of the weekend 20% off. There is a possibility that all day Friday the store will be 30% off. We are still waiting for some definite answers.
  3. In comparison to other years, it has been quite slow with the ads...I know, I know before you all start attacking me...beleive me I know. I'm just saying it's taking a lot longer than other years and well BF is getting kinda boring without any ads. How much can we really speculate?
  4. HI, I'm Andrea I live in Nashua, NH with my best friend and husband of almost 10 years. We have 2 boys 4 and 7. I work as a retail manager at LLBean and love it! The most amazing company to work for.

I have been a BF addict for about 15 years and always shop with mom and SIL and MIL. We split up and RUN!! I always print out all the ads and have them ready and we meet the weekend before and make a game plan. ON BF morning 3:30 AM my family arrives via backdoor tiptoeing through my house and then the girls go shopping. When I come home my hubby has all the Christmas Decorations up and lunch of grill cheese and tomotoe soup ready. Then I go and work until 11 PM!!! It's my FAVORITE day of the year!!!

I haven't done any camping out yet as Ihave not been in desperate need of laptops or TV's (I got mine for an amazing deal ly before BF at Sears). We mostly do toy shopping BUT last year the deals on toys were on Amazon the week AFTER BF. This year may be different.

This year I think it will be much worse than other years because people really need deals. Working in an outlet our sales are awesome while the regular retail side slumps.

Okay that's my story, who's next??

  5. I say relax and let Sears get the tv back in stock at that price. The deal is long gone so if you get one, consider yourself very lucky. I used to live in Nashua and I know that Sears isnt always a pleasant experience but they will get it right.

Well I went to Sears this morning and was able to get a Sony Bravia retailing for $2499 as my 2 replacements for delivery tomorrow morning...so I'm pretty happy with the way it all worked out. And I'm getting a $75 gift card for the trouble.

  6. We also price matched the TV at the Nashua, NH location it went very smooth...110% difference. We ordered them for delivery today. Well Buyer Beware! When I called to confirm delivery I was told there was a delay because Sears oversold the TV's and they are not sure now if they will be able to meet the demand. I am really angry! I called and spoke with the electronics manager who is, let's just say no too friendly, and he said we have to wait till Monday for him to call the warehouse. I did receive a phone call from a delivery specialist manager who said she was emailing the Sears GM and that we would receive a comparable TV if that one was not available. I clearly told her I was not accepting a no name model and she said it would be one, Sony, Sharp, Samsung that retails for $2299.99...

So I'm going to the store Monday to get this taken care of. I knew it was just too easy on Friday.

  7. Opinions please...

    Sears Aquos 46" $999.99

    OR

    BJs Olevia 47" 1080P LCD for $999.99

Which one? I understand about the 720 vs 1080P but to be honest we are not gamers. I was thinking about getting a blu-ray or HD Dvd player...Olevia, will it last?

I'm not spending more than $1000 as someone is buying it as a gift for my family. Also do you think we need to line up for these TV's?

    Thanks

  8. Again I'm agreeing about the ads...I'm was really looking forward to Target but there really isn't anything to be excited about. Sears does look the most promising and Old Navy. I'm looking for some good get me outta bed doorbusters....maybe the TV at Sears. Hopefully we'll get TRU and Best Buy soon.
