I am looking for a Tigers, Twins or a Reds cap code. I have the following teams for trade: Angels, Phillies, Rays, Braves, A's, Diamondbacks, Indians, Blue Jays, Cubs. PM me if you would like to trade.
OK, I am a dental hygienist....:) 20 yrs.
The only issue I have with Sonicare is that the brush heads are too large for the majority of the population. Most folks have trouble getting to the molars (back teeth) which you can have trouble doing if your toothbrush (any type) is too large. Oral-B has smaller brush heads. Sonicare does take some getting used to. It really does vibrate a lot.
OTOH, $30 for a sonicare is an excellent deal.
The fact is that people who use almost any electric toothbrush will brush longer, remove more plaque/food debris, and have a better checkup at their dentist that those that use a manual brush. My patients prove this research out. Can you do the job with a regular ol' brush? Sure, you just have to work at it more. Also, an electric brush does NOT replace flossing daily!! You also have to replace the brush heads on electric brushes every 3 months (or if you are sick with cold/flu/strep) same as with replacing a regular toothbrush.
