My sister and I went to the mall last year, hoping to stop at Sears for a free gift card. All I can say is that it was a Horrible idea! :) We stood in line for over an hour (outside) and then when they let us in, we found out that they had let the people waiting inside the mall in first. There was a huge crowd of people fighting over the 100 gift cards they had and we couldn't get close enough. And everyone was pushing and shoving and fighting, so we figured it wasn't worth getting hurt over 10 dollars.
People were knocking over displays, kids were screaming...it wasn't a pretty sight. We went to other stores in the mall but didn't really find anything special. Hopefully this year will be better.
