any help?

I am looking for the best deal on a xbr4 52". I can find them through online only retailers, but I am a little worried about buying such a big purchase through a company I have never heard of. Best Buy and Circuit City have them for around 4,000 but the online retailers have them for around 3,000 with shipping. Has anyone bought a TV through and of these online dealers that come up when you search for one on bizrate or pricegrabber?
