Where in Florida are you? I'm in Lakeland (between Tampa & Orlando)

I'm in Lakeland. I usually shop at N Lakeland Target but for a sale, I'll also go to S Lakeland & University Square Target in Tampa when I visit my mom.

Oh, I forgot to say that I was looking through toys, which was mostly 30% and a few 50%, and I found a wooden Thomas & Friends Knapford Covered Bridge for 75% off.

For the toys, they have to physically mark one of each item for it to register at the lower price. If one has been scanned by the markdown people, all other identical ones will ring up the new price. If it has not been scanned yet, it will ring up the higher price at the price check & the register.

There is an "Official Kohl's Online Kohls.com Coupon Codes Thread" link on here. I bought a BUNCH of stuff online yesterday and used codes for free shipping & an extra 15% off. You did need a Kohl's card for the free shipping code to work so I called my mom and asked for her Kohl's cc#. That saved me $24 plus the 15% saved me another $11. I don't like to (or need to) shop in Dec. I have a "present closet" (which is huge) and stuff in the attic. I give stuff year round for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, whatever... My cousin asked me, "do you pay full price for anything?" My response was, "I sure try not to!"

If your Christmas stuff is right outside of the garden center, you may want to be transfered to garden center and ask them. The people up front don't always know.

Most of the workers don't know but each store has workers that do nothing but the markdowns. In my store I know 2 of the markdown ladies and they know me & my daughter by name (just from shopping there for the past 3 years) and they always have told me correctly-that's how I got $2000 worth of toys for $500 last year!

Target went 75% of Halloween today but there was no candy left, just costumes & t-shirts & a few decorations (mostly). I did find toddler sheet sets (Dora, Thomas & some others) for 50% off and I found 3 boxes of Pampers Cruisers for 50% off! The 400 count sheets that are sold each piece separate (flat, fitted, pillow cases) were 75% off.
