My store was 30-50 last night and at 8 am today it was 75%. I got just about everything I had been eyeing! With in just a few mintues though there were a lot of us digging around and the shelve were emptying pretty quickly!
I'm jealous. The target here in Cottonwood Heights, Utah was hit by a team of vultures! I walked in the door at 8:08, after dropping my son at school, and there was almost nothing left!! There was a team of 4 ppl who already had about 15-20 carts packed 10 feet high.... I hate that! Share the deals, folks.

Why do they always start candy off at 30%. It really is annoying.
That's a good thing.... I still have an insane amount of Halloween clearance candy.

Our target in SLC, Utah was clearing off the Christmas shelves on the 30th. We noticed they were loading everything into carts instead of moving it over, and when we asked an employee if they were just consolidating, he said he believed it was being pulled from the shelves to be sent back to the warehouse.
Who knows if he actually knows what he's talking about, but from what we saw, I don't think there will be anything left to go 90% off. It's a bummer... we had our eyes on snowglobes for a joke on our bro.

I just got back from my Target (SLC, Utah) and the employees said they were really shocked at such a small amount of markdowns. Some stuff went from 30% to 50% off, but I didn't see anything at all go to 75% off at my store. Even the employees expected it to be another huge day for toy deals.
Guess I'll have to keep up my daily visits to target for another week!

If you have a Ross Dress for Less around you I would try them. They always have those for pretty cheap.
I just got 2 gamecube controllers from Ross for $5.99 each! They are wii compatable and appear to be pretty solid...I'm so excited to have that present out of the way, and for about 1/2 what I was expecting to pay. Just wanted to say thanks again for the suggestion!

Does anyone know where we might find GameCube Games...My DGS has one and his have been using a lot and we are having a hard time finding him new games...Need them to be for kids younger than TEENS... THanks
Walmart has 2 packs online right now that are $20. The best part is, you can actually pick which 2 games you want for $20 from a list they have. I posted the link, but if it doesn't work, go to www.walmart.com and search for gamecube. They come up at the top result for me.... it looks like there are 11 games to choose from. Good Luck! :)

SLC, Utah - I was sorely disappointed with my Target today... I was the first person through the doors, ready to snag some deals, but it was a BUST!! Toys were spread all over and anywhere from 15% to a few at 50%.
Some of the summer stuff that I've seen you guys get is still FULL PRICE at my Target!
I walked away with some "Cars" gift bags for $0.68 and 3 packs of gum for $0.66 each. Bummer!
