All halloween is 75% off in Sturgeon Bay. There was TONS of candy, but I got most of the paper goods. There were 3 full aisles of costumes. Lots of little knick nacks. This was at 8:00 am this morning. -

I was at Target in East Green Bay and toys were 30-50%. There was not much going on today.
