do you remember seeing any Lego deals?

We have 3 walmarts w/in 20 mins of us. Each one varies but 1 of them will check your receipt if you have any unbagged items. And they will chase you down.

We had the almost the same issue. We bought my mom a ps2 for mothers day and her bday. When she opened it and started to hook it up, it was empty. Everything from the inside was gone. She thought we were playing a joke on her. I called Target and explained it to them. They were real friendly and had no problem doing the exhange. We did open the new ps2 in the store to verify the insides were still there.

My parents didn't get half the ads, they got double the ads they didn't need. They definately didn't get a walmart b/c of this. I didn't get a walmart ad either. My sister did. So out of 3 newspapers, only 1 had the ad.

Woohoo...Indiana finally gets something but not the main cities. all the little towns. That's funny.

I'm going for the little mommy set and the atari thing. Can't remember what other items I have to have.

Not sure how I feel about the ad yet. Somethings stand out to me but I'm not sure if they stand out enough to go to 1st, like normal. I guess I need to sit down and start comparing to the other stores.

Last year, my walmart gave their employees maps. So everyone could ask where an item was be directed in the general area. This was the greatest thing they could have done. Excpet I chose to ask the personal who couldn't read the map, so I ended up reading it and directing other customers LOL We try and grab a cart. But normally my friend goes to one area and I head for another. Then we grab what each wants as we met up.

I received mine book in the mail. I'm hiding it until Sunday so the kids can have a copy and I can have one too. They've stolen 2 of my TRU books so far

We discussed this on another board I belong to. If you ever really pay attention, onceyou enter a walmart. The kids go wild, like they've never been out in public before. Or they get really whiney. And you (the shopper) get stressed and tensed as soon as you walk in. I don't know what it is. But next time anyone goes to walmart...look around at the other shoppers...

Same thing...sit w/my family on Thursday and go through the hard ads. We normally end up w/3 sets of newspapers. Everyone makes a plan of where they're going and what they're grabbing for others. So instead of everyone going to the same place, we'll grab things for others. But one of my fav parts, cheesy, I know. I go out w/my long time best friend (25 yrs). We've been doing this for the past few years. And it's a highlight b/c it's a fun girls' day out. Afterwards we go to lunch and then she's off to work.

Does Amazon.com do BF ads?

My parents always go. So I send my list of stuff w/them. In case, I can't make it to the store in time. But we always try.

BTW, I love this idea. I priced matched some dvds last year at walmart. Had a small hassle b/c they were so much cheaper than they normally are. Sessions 1-4 of 24 for under $25, but after they checked the ad a few times...they gave it to me. I try to price match at walmart as much as I can. This way, I know I will get what I want and not have to worry about the store running out before I can get there. Plus if it's a really good deal, walmart will match and beat it anyway.

this will be the 3rd pg for BF. 1st time, I was about 3 months pg and had to go stand in line for the restroom so I could throw up from m/s. 2nd time, I was about 8 1/2 months pg (due end of december) and went alone. Had a great time. This time, I'll be almost 8 months but I'm going w/a friend this year.

Am I the only one who loves the Vsmile? It's so educational. My ds loves his. It's acting up but I realized it's dirty. So every now and then we clean it and it plays fine.
