I have to agree to stay away from Serta. ours is sagging already and we bought a pillow top. We still had to buy a memory foam topper to make it the perfect matress. Would highly recommend their memory foam toppers. I bought my son a much less expensive matress from a local dealer and put a memory foam matress topper on it (purchased topper from overstock) and for $100 total cost I love his matress so much better. BOO serta matresses!! Now I am not soooooo worried about not ripping off that special tag for the warranty!!!

mine keeps my coffee hot for 2 hours and came with 3 extra seals and haven't had a problem yet. my mother, mother in law and my grandparents have one also with no problems yet. I have to have this as I love to break coffee pots lol.

I bought a hamilton beach brewstation because I LOVE TO BREAK COFFEE POTS and this doesn't have one and is soooo much nicer. walmart BF $25 compared to the $50 I paid 6 months ago!!!

If it is a white mattress use a tide stick I did and the stain came almost all the way out Then use pure clorox. I used a q-tip to apply it. I did this and it worked.

They sent me the wrong pjs. I explain to them that the right numbers were on the bag and everything and that the contents in the bag were wrong but it wasn't a big deal. They emailed me told me to keep the extra pjs and they sent me the right ones. Anyone need a 2t Cars pj set?? I have no one to give it to??

Oh forgot to add a big thanks to giving me a few new friends. The UPS Man, The Fedex Man and the DHL Woman.. They all know that I get lots of packages each day and they now know me on a first name basis. Was wondering towards the end if I should use some of this money to get them a little gift as I feel they are part of my family know lol!!!!!!!!!

I just have to say that I have saved tons of money this year!!! I know it is well into the thousands by now. The only funny part is that I have really just purchased tons more because I still spent the same amount of money in the end. BUT my tree is loaded with presents and I bet I saved about $500 worth of gas money since I ordered online. I can't thank gottadeal enough. I love Amazon but I do not like DHL shipping. My 2 day shipping from the 11th is still stuck in Ohio somewhere and I live in NY.

My best advice is Walmart for gift tags, wrapping paper, ornaments etc. I also love khols as everything that is christmassy is about 75% off!! I love to go shopping the day after christmas it has become a big tradition just like black friday shopping with my cousins and aunts.

Ok I had the same proble mand finally talked to someone that was understanding after I basically said I am not getting off the phone until they give me my money back and fix my issue with them. This was like my 5th call of BS!! This girl apparently helped me and I should be refunded the money in 5 days or less. I will let you know how it turns out but I am wearry!! I hate TRU now will never order from them again BOOOOOOO TRU!!!!

That's why I even hate to complain I have a tracking number to a package that is stuck somewhere and they haven't charged my card yet for anything in this order and I got the first part of my order 2 weeks ago. But I keep comlaining because it is a christmas gift. My friend ordered it also and they didn't put in the pillows and she is still argueing about it with them.

I have not gotten mine and they said I did. Not very happy with this!! Talked to them via live chat and they were useless.

TRU is not on my favorite list right now.I have emailed them and called them with no help.

Have an extra blue (pup) if you can't find one pm me. I only paid $13 and some change for it. I somehow ordered 2 blue ones and no pink one so I had to buy a pink one at Walmart since Amazon was out of stock. Also check Amazon!! never thought duh that is where I bought the blue and silver ones!! But just incase they dont have them in stock let me know!!
