My 5yo loves to play her cousins gamecube, I want to find one for our house so we can "borrow" games from my sister till I can get some. I think at gamestop or game exchange you can get a used system for 45.00, I "think".

I make my own xmas cards and purchase photo cards from walmart picture studio when we have our xmas pics done.

I can tell you being an "adopted family" thru salvation army is a lifesaver. I have btdt and due to not finding stable work right now I have signed up this year for help for providing for my 5yo daughter. it comes with a very heavy heart to say THANK YOU to all of you who donate, adopt or give the spare change to the kettle. I have rang bell for a year, we always drop our pennies in the kettle, I could never ask for help without helping back, even if mine is in the smallest way.

Xmas stuff usually comes out about a week before thanksgiving but the tree doesnt go up till that weekend. I bought new stocking hangers and took them out of the box today(bought them last year) and put them on a shelf, now I want to decorate it all... I try to do the outside lights as soon as I can due to weather here in MI.

I usually do pictures of my daughter every year for everyone and then I find something they would really enjoy. I have made my mom an altered clipboard with a to-do list on it and will also make one for my sister. My grandma is going to get a Journal Jar with a journal so she can share bits and pieces of her life with us and what it was like to grow up/and be her thru her life. My stepdad usually gets stetson(his fav. cologne). not sure on my grandpa yet, maybe a classical music cd or something.

I too only go for scrapbook supplies and they DO accept coupons from Joann's also.
