What a pain for you to have to go through the hassle of having to return it. I think I've been luckly my the drivers of fedex and ups. They're always in uniforms, and company vehicles. They should all be in uniforms with company vehicles for safety purposes alone. I wouldn't open the door if it was someone I didn't know, and they had no identifing uniform.
