Ummm... no, these are made out of a fabric material that is stretched over a steel tubing frame that you need to put together. Goes together sort of like an outdoor canopy. Pretty well built, but they take up a lot of space. I just put one together this past weekend for my daughter -- and she basically lives in it now.

Both of my forms (the $5 and $20.05 one) say at line 1. c.) "The Original UPC Lable from your ACP-EP memory product". Th $20 rebate says it needs the original Sales Receipt, the $5 says it needs a copy of the sales receipt. So..yeah, I'm still confused. I guess I'll try and send them both in the same envelope.

Both Rebate forms say they need the "Original proof of purchase". How can I send in both rebates if they both need the original? Thanks!
