  1. Thanks for the info. Too bad no stores around here do it!
  2. Sorry to reply to my own post, but I just read about a Wal-Mart having chairs with numbers on them for certain items. That is a brilliant idea. Not only do you settle the voucher issue, but you give people comfort too. Nice! The only problem is that you can't get different\multiple vouchers. However you can't please everyone and as long as you're able to get the one item you REALLY wanted, then I'd say it's a great idea!
  3. The store gets more money from AOL when you sign up for the more expensive plan. That's why he tried to pretend it wouldn't work. Employees like that should be fired.
  4. Some stores have passed out conditional vouchers that get negated if the person leaves the line. I think more retailers should do this. Pass out vouchers at 12 AM or 1 AM or whatever and then check once an hour to make sure people stick around. Through my experiences at Best Buy and Circuit City, vouchers aren't foolproof. People cut in line at 4 AM (5 AM in the past) and grab vouchers from deserving people. I myself have not been a victim but if I braved sub-zero temps and a snowstorm for 6 hours to get a laptop, I had better damn well get one. Dave
  5. They are locked out of doing returns\rebuys until noon. So you will not be able to pricematch the doorbuster deals.
