Last year they were buy one get one free! That was for the large globes! They did put the 1 that we wanted away before the sale though! I went on Wed before & scoped it out just incase & then on Friday they were all gone & they had had at least 5 of them 2 days prior!

I start looking as soon as the ads come out on the sire...but then I go out on Thanksgiving & get 5-6 newspapers & hunt everything down to make sure they are the same price & that I didn't miss anything! I always end up buying extras from the middle of the hallways anyway!!

My mother collects disney items so we always got to penneys 1st as well & then she gets about 5-7 of them on Christmas!!! I so hope they have it again this year!!!

Last year was our 1st BF without Shopko. We miss them for the BF sales, but their stores were always dirty, but loved their popcorn tins on BF They were always $3.00 or 2 for $5.00 We made them the neighbors christmas gifts!

If you go with Tomas...even though it is more money go with the wooden track. They change their plastic stuff almost every year! They don't connect, but other than that we have played with our Thomas for 3 years now & I've only thrown away 2 pieces of wooden track, but have thrown away whole sets of geo trax & other train sets. I think that they have fun pushing the train on their knees! Also size, depending on how much room you have! One of my friends husbands still have his wooden train tracks from when he was 3 yrs & he is now 32!

Because of the confussion 2yrs ago, Last year Sears put right on front of their ad to use the Service entrance to get the $10.00 gift card. This was what our as said, not sure if that is differnt from others. So if you can take 2 people. Have one stand in line for the gift card & someone else in line at the closest entrance to your item You should end up with it & $10 off of the sale price! Good luck & it is so much fun! I love smiling at the grumpy people! Thats my faviort part & then if I get a good buy it was even more worth it!!!

I have a girl who I work with who's mom lives in Vermont & sent her multiple 20% off entire purchase of $75.00 or more. It is only good this week though- the 13th. I have no idea where she got them, but they came out of some sort of book/ad, because that was the paper. She gave all of us at work 1 & it was great we saved almost $50 off of that!

Everyone who has talked to the real Santa Clause goes on BF. We have 5 adults (mom, brother, sister in-law & sister!) + 2 kids this year! they are 12&13! My Brother-in-law will watch all of the little guys & we will shop all morning until 12ish. Then we go to mom's house & fill the shed that is a play house during the summer & we put the lock on it. None of the kids have ever noticed this! It is awesome!!! Then we go get my BIL & The youngsters & go eat or eat there. Then we all sit there going thru the ads trying to figure out what we missed out on & if needs be we go out again! Normally at that point I go to bed, because the last 3 years I had to go to work that night at the hospital, but this year will be better as I'm now on day shift!!!
