Dell charges tax for me here in NY I think I might just head to CC or EB Games and buy it so I can play all w/e.

Most of the places I have seen have the game only for a buck or two off (at least anything that I want such as Sonic or NHL 07).

The dell at 340 plus a game (60) and plus tax (8.25% in NY) comes out to be the same as BF's CC (399 inlcudes free game + 8.25% tax). With CC, if the machine is dead when you open it, you can walk over to the store.

Anyone see a better deal other than Amazon (if you can get it) or Microcenter (I dont want to go to westbury and wait for a rebate)? I see Overstock xbox premium is 415 (price with top dollar game) with a game and the 10% off deal they are running now but no tax and 1 buck shipping. But if the machine is a doa from overstock, I have to ship it back. If its doa with overstock, I can easily go to CC (4 blocks away) and return it. On BF at CC, it is 399 with ANY free game (value 60) plus tax which brings it to about 432. any other great deals on it I am missing?
