  2. Last year I got some great deals through K-B Toys on Leapster game cartridges, but I haven't seen any decent deals this year. The only thing that I see is the Leapster itself w/game cartridges included. Also, I'm looking for Smart Cycle cartridges. Has anybody seen some good deals on these game cartridges?

Sorry, the title should have said good deals on Leapster and/or Smart Cycle Cartridges

  3. I've mentioned this before...these items are great for military units (adding the unit insignia) and using as gifts (welcome, Christmas, going away) and for fundraisers. You just can't be in a hurry to get the items - shipping takes awhile. You can't beat the free Shipping.

I plan on getting my husband the cufflinks w/his branch insignia. The possiblilties are endless w/these products.

  4. Cute backpacks. My youngest use to have one of these and it had a leash on it. I loved it when we traveled through airports.

w00t808, I do a lot of airline travel and the best thing I did to keep my kids entertained when they were toddlers was to buy a bunch of little things from the $1 store. Once we got up in the air and they would get antsy I'd pull out a craft or toy. When they got tired of that, I'd pull out a new one...that and lots of different snacks. I use to also buy little water color sets that came w/brush and pictures too (Lisa Frank brand from Walmart - nice and cheap). Just make sure the stuff you take complies w/the FAA (no liquids). Another thing I never did was let them free in the aisle to walk - only to use the bathroom. Once they get a taste of freedom you're doomed.

  5. I bought these for my girls last year (at the same price) and they love them. I don't allow them to heely in the stores (our stores don't have restrictions - just me). They ride them on the sidewalks and have a blast! My husband bought a pair for himself (he's 40) to heely w/the girls. My girls love it! I tried it, but it hurts my knees - I'd rather walk.

I'm so tempted to get another pair for my oldest when she grows out of her others. This is a good price.

  6. Thanks! Got 2 - 1 for each of my older daughters for Christmas. We travel a lot, so this will be great for the video capability.

For anybody with an APO address, you can not order these over the internet. You have to have a stateside billing and delivery address. That's one huge downfall with Buy.com. To order over the phone their number is 1800-800-0800 (not an easy number to find).

  7. I usually follow the deals. I've used:

    winkflash.com

    dotphoto.com

    snapfish.com

    shutterfly.com

    kodak.com

I've had photobooks made at nearly all the sites for other people. They all say the books have come out real nice, but I have never had the opportunity to look at them. I'm looking over the artcow.com site now and looking forward to giving it a try.

PS If you do a search for "online photo developing reviews" you'll find a few other online printing sources.

  8. http://www.everydeal.com is a site like that (and is one of my other sites). There are others, but since they are competitors, they cannot be linked here :)

This is it! :) Yay! I'm bookmarking it this time. Thanks.

To think I thought it was an Amazon site, I shoulda' known better. I've already checked out some of the competitor sites, this is the best one by far!

  9. Is there a site somewhere that you know of that's dedicated to Amazon deals only? I love getting the deals from Amazon, but have a hard time wading through everything to find them. Does anyone know of somewhere reliable?

I can't help you, but I can tell you that such a wonderful thing does exist somewhere on Amazon. I just can't find it. Last year somebody had the link to Amazon that indexed all of the categories and w/in the categories it had % of savings, i.e. items for 50-60%, 60-70% off, etc. It was so easy to navigate. It was great! I never saved the link, but I know it exists.

    Good luck finding it.
