    That is something that we plan on getting also. They have them as regular stock in the store and the ad doesnt say anything about no rainchecks. So I am guessing they should have plenty or you can get a raincheck for one. We dont plan on getting in line until about 4:30 but our Target is one of many in the area and we always seem to get what we came for. I have also seen similar camcorders around the same price on other ads.

    Thank you! I didn't even notice that it didn't say "no rainchecks"....good call! :yup: Maybe they will offer rainchecks then if they run out.

     

    I haven't even looked at these in-store - I will see if they have them when I go today. My Target is always busy - so I imagine it will be crazy on Black Friday. Maybe I'll drive to one further away that I know won't be as busy.

    Same thing at my store. Very frustrating! When there is a special sale like that I don't think they should hold the special sale item. Its like being first in line at Best Buy waiting for a for a door buster and then being told. "Sorry we're all out they were all on hold"

    My store did not allow coats to be put on hold - ALL the stores were supposed to follow that guideline. I'm sorry that your stores weren't following the rules. :no:

    Not very often do I shop at kohls but I was going to make it my first stop this year. I am going for the 50% off toys but I am looking for 2 specific fisher price toys (a stoller and shopping cart). Does anyone know if they usually have a large assortment/amount of fisher price, or toys in general?

    I shop there fairly often, and I have never seen either of those items at my Kohl's. Maybe call your local store and ask if they carry the stroller or cart?

    I got my 20% off coupon (Thanks for helping me identify the magazine I needed)

     

    Now one more question, if the line is already marked down because it's older, does the 30% off on Friday come off of the current price?

    Last year that is how it worked! 30% off the lowest ticketed price plus another 20% off if you had a coupon. Great deals! :eyepoppin I am hoping that this year is the same!

    Thanks! The regular prices are comparable to other stores, so I had a feeling that M&D may limit sales on their products. I'm hoping for something though....let me know if you find anything out. :)

     

    Melissa and Doug: I have to look that up by sign, and they're not in the system yet. I'll keep checking. The supervisor thinks those are one of those brands which only go on sale if the vendor approves (like Jockey and Hallmark), which is why you don't see it on sale very often.

    I have a quick question. Our Kohl's has some "Melissa and Doug" toys. They never seem to be part of any sale - do you know if they'll be included in the BF sale? I am interested in buying some wooden puzzles and a wooden stamp set they have.

    2 questions....

     

    Does anyone know if there was a coupon in the most recent issue of Parents or Cookie?

     

    If there was a coupon in one of these magazines, is there a code on it that you can use online?

     

    I need outfits for my niece and this sounds like a great deal as there are also already reduced prices on some of the older lines.

     

    I believe I got mine out of October's Cookie magazine. It is NOT in Parents, but is in Parenting (not sure which issue though). Mine was just a tear off insert inside the magazine and I believe there is a code you can use online.

     

     

    UPDATE:

     

    Went to Gymboree and got a flier in my bag - it says fleece hoodies and pants only $12.00 (when you prchase 2 or more - reg $19.50-$28.50). Early Bird special (until noon on BF) $14.00 (after discount - I'm guessing the extra 30% you get off the whole store) on selected outerwear (reg. $32.50-$52.00).

    rumors on the gymbo forums is that all outerwear will be $14, and you can use a coupon on top of it! That would be an excellent deal! Stocking up for next year maybe!!

    Last year they had a winter coat at a similiar price point that they brought out for BF - I'd love to see that deal again. :yup:

    They usually have a COF sale at the beginning of November...I don't think I have ever been able to use my 20% off coupon with the COF coupon since they are both coupons....BF they just have the whole store on sale - no coupon needed - must be why I am able to use the 20% off coupon then?!? No sure...

     

    I got my coupon from one of my magazines - Cookie magazine I think....I never get them in the mail. :no: My friend is always getting gymbo coupons....who knows how they decide who gets coupons and who doesn't. :confused:

    Any Gymboree employees on here? :)

     

    Last year I got some great deals on clothes - everything was an additional 30% off (until noon as I recall) and I was able to use my 20% off coupon too. I got a lot of gifts!! Will Gymboree be doing the same thing this year? TIA!
