I just ordered some flowers from Pro Flowers, they were 19.99. I spent 5.00 for an upgraded vase and my order came to 41.95 after shipping and the 'fuel surcharge'. If it weren't an occasion that I HAD to send flowers (my sister's doggie/companion died), I wouldn't have completed the order. Still cheaper than some of the other sites I looked at though.
